"The Spider" is a short story first published 1915. It tells the tale of a man's search for the truth behind a series of suicides, and has been called "one of the best horror stories ever written" by many. H. P. Lovecraft himself noted the story down as one of his inspirations, and "The Spider" continues to scare people today long after its creation. This story is best consumed at night, under a warm blanket with a cup of coco. Sweet dreams. It's going to be a long night.
